6/25/19 - John's Opera solo @ Carnegie Hall

Day 9. Leanne and John are busy running around getting everything ready and John has a 3 hour rehearsal. The kids that are with me sleep in (Ashlynn sets a new record waking up a 1pm). The long travel day yesterday wore them out. I take advantage of our last couple days in the US with good WIFI to work on this website.

In Canada, we placed an Amazon order for delivery to my friends place for last minute stuff we forgot or realized we needed. Amazon sent the order in about 15 different small packages that got delivered over 3 days. The doorman was not pleased with us.

For John’s evening performance, we take up an entire row with the 6 of us, my roommate and his wife and 2 kids, Leanne’s friend and Leanne’s mom who came up from NJ. The performance includes piano, violin, flute and vocal performances. John sings and Italian opera song is it is amazing.
