Scotland exceeds expectations as we have a great Air BnB and pack a ton of cool sites and attractions in.

Today is travel day to Dublin, Ireland.  This will be another of the easiest flights on the trip – 1 hour flight and no time change as London to Edinburgh was.  However; getting out the Edinburgh Air BnB may not be so easy.

It does seem a little strange that we are celebrating our independence from Great Britain while we are in Great Britain. Where are the fireworks? Oh well, maybe we’ll get to see the Loch Ness monster instead.

We only two full days in Edinburgh and are using one for a bus trip so we really only have one day to cram in as much as possible. In the day, we cram in Castles, Churches, Ghost & Haggis.

We arrive in Edinburgh and find our Air BnB to be quite spacious. We head out to find a local Scottish dinner but our plans are derailed as the England is playing the US in the Woman’s World Cup semi-final rendering there not even one seat (let alone 7) in every local pub and restaurant.
